Globe & Simpson is the modern 11 storey innovation building at the gateway to St. John’s. A state-of-the-art workspace that’s purpose built to be a city headquarters. Our works involved the construction of the basement slabs, ring beams, ground floor slabs, a 12 storey concrete core consisting of 2 lift shafts, fixing over 750 tonnes of steel and over 8000m2 of mesh reinforcement in the process.
